ProMuse Subscription Terms
Last Updated: January 12, 2026
Please read these Subscription Terms carefully. These Subscription Terms explain how trials, subscriptions, automatic renewals, cancellations, and refunds work for ProMuse.
These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference into theProMuse Terms of Service and form part of your legal agreement with Aignite Inc. (d/b/a ProMuse.ai) (“ProMuse,” “we,” “us,” “our”). If there is a conflict between these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service, these Subscription Terms control for subscription‑specific matters.
If you have questions, contact team@promuse.ai.
1) Key Definitions
- “Subscription” means a paid, auto‑renewing access plan to ProMuse features for a recurring period (e.g., weekly, 4‑week, 12‑week, annual, or other periods as shown at checkout).
- “Trial” means a free or discounted introductory period that may convert into a paid Subscription.
- “Purchase Channel” means where you bought your Subscription:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play, or
- - ProMuse Website (Stripe).
2) Trials (Free or Paid Introductory Offers)
We may offer free trials or discounted introductory offers.
Automatic Conversion
Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the Trial (or earlier if your store requires), your Trial will automatically convert into a paid Subscription and you will be charged the price and billing period disclosed at checkout and/or in your purchase confirmation.
One Trial per Person (Optional)
We may limit Trials to one per user/account/device where permitted by law and platform rules.
3) Subscription Renewal (Auto‑Renewal)
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. The renewal period and price are disclosed at checkout and/or in your purchase confirmation.
When You Are Charged
- Stripe (Web purchases): you are typically charged at the start of each new billing period
- Apple / Google: billing is handled by Apple or Google under their respective billing systems and policies.
4) Cancellations and Refunds
4) Payment Methods and Failed PaymentsPayment Processing
Payments are processed through third parties such as Stripe, Apple, and Google depending on your Purchase Channel.
- For Apple/Google purchases, we do not receive your full payment card details; Apple/Google process your payment.
- For Stripe purchases, Stripe processes your payment. We may store limited billing metadata (e.g., subscription status, payment tokens, timestamps, and identifiers) as needed to provide the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Failed Payments (Stripe Web Purchases)
If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), we may retry the charge as permitted by law and Stripe rules. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend access to Paid Services until payment is successfully received.
(Apple/Google billing failures are handled by those platforms.)
5) Cancellations
Canceling disables auto‑renewal. In most cases, you will retain access until the end of your current paid period, unless otherwise required by law or platform rules.
Important: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your Subscription.
A) If You Purchased via Apple App Store
You manage your Subscription directly with Apple. We cannot cancel it for you.
To cancel: open your iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions→ select ProMuse→ Cancel Subscription (or equivalent steps per Apple’s current UI).
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time shown by Apple.
B) If You Purchased via Google Play
You manage your Subscription directly with Google.
To cancel: open Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select ProMuse → Cancel subscription(or equivalent steps per Google’s current UI).
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal time shown by Google.
C) If You Purchased on the ProMuse Website (Stripe)
You can cancel in your ProMuse account:
- Log in to your ProMuse account.
- Go to Settings / Profile (or similar).
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- Follow the prompts to turn off auto‑renewal.
If you can’t access self‑service cancellation
If you cannot locate the cancellation controls, contactteam@promuse.ai as soon as possible.
To allow time for support review and verification, we recommendcontacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal. Requests received less than 48 hours before renewal may not be processed in time, and in that case the renewal charge may still occur.
(Where required by applicable law, we will provide cancellation assistance consistent with your legal rights.)
6) Price Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may change subscription fees from time to time.
- For Stripe (web) subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice of price changes (e.g., email or in‑app notice) where required. If you do not wish to pay the new price, you must cancel before the change takes effect.
- For Apple/Google subscriptions, price changes are handled in accordance with the platform’s policies and may require platform notifications and/or consent.
7) Refunds
Refund rules depend on your Purchase Channel and any applicable consumer laws. These refund terms apply in addition to any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
A) Apple App Store Purchases
Apple controls billing and refunds. We cannot issue refunds for Apple purchases. You must request a refund through Apple’s refund process (Apple “Report a Problem” site).
https://reportaproblem.apple.comB) Google Play Purchases
Google generally controls refunds for Google Play purchases. In limited cases, we may be able to assist if you contact us with your Google order number (typically starting with “GPA”), but Google’s policies may still control the outcome.
C) Website (Stripe) Purchases
General Rule: Except where required by law, payments are generally non‑refundable once charged, and your Subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Money‑Back Guarantee (if offered):If, at checkout, your purchase explicitly included a Money‑Back Guarantee, we will honor it subject to the terms of that specific Guarantee document.
Billing Errors / Unauthorized Charges:If you believe you were charged in error or without authorization, contact team@promuse.ai promptly and include relevant details (account email, date(s), and receipt/transaction identifiers).
8) Digital Content and One‑Time Purchases (If Offered)
If you purchase a one‑time digital item (e.g., a downloadable template pack) separate from a Subscription, the item may be made available immediately after purchase.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you understand that once digital content delivery begins, refunds may not be available. Where required (e.g., in certain EU/UK contexts), we will obtain any required consents/acknowledgements at checkout.
9) Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to Paid Services while the dispute is pending. We encourage you to contact team@promuse.ai first so we can try to resolve billing issues quickly.
